Our Wedding

Not long now. If you haven't yet replied to your invite, please do so!

The wedding will be at The Old Mill Inn in Maryculter, Aberdeen. We felt a pub wedding was appropriate. Everything will be held here; the ceromony, dinner and the cheesy disco! It's about a 20 minute drive from the city centre. I'm afraid the accommodation available for guests is already spoken for but there are details of nearby accommodation below.

We have reserved space at the Waterwheel Inn (in Bieldside), which is offering twin/double rooms for £60 per night and single for £50. If you would like to book one of these rooms please contact us directly and we can make the booking for you. Alternatively, there are plenty of accommodation options either along North Deeside or within Aberdeen itself, with the usual offering of Travelodge, Premier Inn etc. If you're booking accommodation in Aberdeen, the more central the better as the bus (see below) will drop off in the city centre.

Taxis from the city centre to the Old Mill Inn should cost in the region £15/20. here are some local taxi companies; some of them may be able to provide cars for 5 or more passengers:

  We will hire a coach to take people back to Aberdeen (and past the Waterwheel) at the end of the evening - please let us know if you will need a place on the coach.
